What do your colleagues say about CHEMTREC?

"NCH is thrilled with the services and professionalism that CHEMTREC, our 'emergency services partner,' has delivered.  I use the word 'partner' because CHEMTREC has provided significant value to our organization.   In times of need, typically exposures and releases, our customers and our transporters depend on CHEMTREC to handle their emergency call requirements. Whether it's providing an MSDS or hooking callers up with physicians, CHEMTREC takes care of transporters and our customers.   Every call is reported out by e-mail enabling our Customer Assistance Center to ensure re-shipments are managed as necessary and that critical information is provided to our Legal group for exposures and releases.  I have been solicited many times by CHEMTREC competitors and I must say that nobody has been able to propose an all-encompassing, cost-effective service with all of the features and benefits that CHEMTREC provides."
